Who it’s for
This Newcastle event is suited to researchers considering commercialisation, founders working in deep tech or climate tech, and anyone interested in how new technology moves from lab to industry.
About MGA Thermal
MGA Thermal was founded in 2019 after research into miscibility gap alloys: materials combining graphite and aluminium to store renewable energy as heat. The company has since developed a demonstration plant producing renewable industrial steam.
This event is part of a 2026 series marking a decade of support for founders and innovation across the Hunter and Central Coast regions. It is funded by the NSW Government.
