What you’ll work through

• Mapping an idea with the Business Model Canvas
• Assessing market demand and customer needs
• Reviewing competitors and differentiation opportunities
• Exploring financial feasibility and revenue models
• Designing an MVP for testing and iteration
• Using feasibility scoring to inform launch decisions

Course format

• Classroom-based, in-person delivery in English
• One full day of training
• Practical examples, including successful and unsuccessful startups
• Time to apply the provided feasibility tools to your own idea and discuss specific questions
• Slides, workbook materials and a course completion certificate are provided
• Lunch, snacks and beverages are included
• 8 PDUs/training hours are offered
