About This Event
How does your organisation appear when prospective candidates — and AI tools — research what it is like to work there? This Melbourne working day explores candidate perception, employer value proposition (EVP) and practical priorities for attraction and hiring.
What you’ll work on
- Map what candidates and AI can find about your organisation and the conclusions they may draw
- Score your organisation using the EVP Strength Diagnostic
- Identify existing strengths and the areas to focus on first
- Build a 90-day sprint and 12-month EVP roadmap
- Prepare a one-page business case using your organisation’s findings
Who it’s for
HR and talent leaders responsible for attraction and hiring. Marketing or internal communications colleagues may also be relevant. The session is intended for organisations with or without an existing EVP.
On the day
Bring a laptop. No preparation is required; if available, have your careers page and a recent job ad open in a tab. The schedule includes a lunch break.
Attendees will spend the day with Sean Withford, Director of It’s the People. He developed the EVP Strength Diagnostic used during the session.
