Startup Pitch Events Melbourne: 5 Founders on Stage

Meet other people building, operating and exploring startups in Melbourne, then hear five founders present their companies in five minutes each. The evening uses topic-based tables, founder pitches and open questions rather than a pitch competition or investor showcase.

What to expect

• Join a themed table for the first hour, based on topics chosen by the room.
• Watch five founder pitches, followed by audience questions.
• Stay on afterwards for informal conversations.
• Ticket holders receive access to a profile, attendee list, event group chat and post-event recap through the community platform.

Who it’s for

This event is open to people building from an early idea through to Series A, as well as operators, engineers, hiring leads and those considering starting something. You do not need to have a startup to attend.

Pitch applications

Founders who would like to present can apply for the stage. There are five presentation places per evening. Applications are free, but applicants must hold a ticket and provide its order number. Everyone who applies receives a response.

This is not a competition: there is no judging panel, prize or ranking. Investor attendance is not guaranteed.

Arrival and refunds

Doors open at 5:45pm. Arrive by 6:20pm to join the themed tables; the stage begins at 7:50pm. Refunds are available up to 1 day before the event.

Ticket holders can access the community platform on the web or via Telegram.
