Monash FutureFest 2026

Monash FutureFest brings students, alumni, researchers, founders, industry leaders and the wider community together at Clayton for a day of innovation, research, entrepreneurship and connection. Hosted by Monash, the festival-style event invites attendees to choose their own path through talks, hands-on activities and the innovation expo.

What’s on

• A keynote from futurist Ben Hamer and industry panels featuring speakers from The Iconic, SEEK and more
• An innovation expo with employers including KPMG, L’Oréal and HEX, plus startups from the Monash Technology Precinct Network
• Pitches from the AI Institute’s Hackcelerator and student and alumni startups competing for a share of $20,000
• Tours of Monash Innovation Labs and Monash Research Platforms
• First Nations jewellery-making and weaving workshops, and tree planting at the Aboriginal Gardens
• Founder conversations, research-and-industry discussions, and an activation exploring the future of work

Selected food truck options and coffee are included with your ticket. Additional food can be purchased from campus merchants. Limited free parking is available at Monash Clayton Campus, with further paid parking also available; registered attendees will receive campus travel information.
