About This Event
AI Is Eating Your Cloud Budget
Every founder building with AI hits the same wall - the prototype works, the costs look fine, then you scale and the bill explodes.
In this session, a founder who's been through it and a cloud solutions architect break down exactly where AI infrastructure costs hide, why they scale exponentially (not linearly), and the practical frameworks you can apply this week to get your cloud spend under control — before it controls you.
Walk away with a clear-eyed view of what's really driving your bill and a playbook to fix it.
Key Takeaways:
- Identify the three hidden cost traps in AI infrastructure that most founders don't see until the bill arrives - from idle GPUs to runaway data pipelines
- Apply a practical "work backwards from the bill" framework to right-size your cloud spend without slowing down product development
- Learn from a real founder's journey - the mistakes they made scaling AI features, what actually worked, and what they'd do differently
