Lunch & Learn: AI is Eating Your Cloud Budget

AI features can work well in prototype stage, then create unexpected cloud costs as usage grows. This Lunch & Learn examines where AI infrastructure spend can build up and offers practical ways to review it before it becomes harder to manage.

What you’ll explore

• Three commonly overlooked AI infrastructure cost traps, including idle GPUs and data pipelines
• A ‘work backwards from the bill’ approach to right-sizing cloud spend while supporting product development
• Lessons from a founder’s experience scaling AI features: mistakes, what worked and what they would change
