About This Event
HarbourHack is an in-person hackathon in Sydney for student and early-career builders, founders, mentors and tech enthusiasts. Bring an idea or join as a solo builder to take a concept through building, customer feedback and pitching.
How it works
- Kick off with a mixer, then build from 23–25 October.
- Use 26–28 October to ship, find customers, sell and gather feedback.
- Strongest teams progress to the finals on Friday 30 October, pitching live to judges and track sponsors.
- Three main tracks will be released in the week before launch.
Team requirements
- Solo builders and founders are welcome.
- Teams can have up to five people; teams of three to four are recommended.
- If you already have a team, every member must register for this event.
Partners
Lead track partners include Build Australia and Fastlane. Builder experience partners include AdaL and n8n, alongside community partners Build Club, MLAI, Sip & Scale, UTS TechSoc and UNSW NoCode Society.
Applications are open and require approval.
