From Carrying It Alone to Moving Together

If you are carrying the vision, decisions and standards for your organisation largely on your own, this in-person Williamstown workshop offers space to examine the values behind how you lead and how they translate into team alignment.

What to expect

The afternoon is designed as a connected two-session workshop:

• Core Values Elicitation with Coach Anikesh Sasmal focuses on identifying and ranking your personal values, defining a core value through its meaning, behaviours, benchmarks and trade-offs, and mapping where your values align with those of your organisation.
• The Critical Alignment Model with Coach Asha Puthran explores how values show up in your calendar, systems and leadership. You will work through a self-assessment, identify gaps and create an alignment plan.

The workshop is followed by optional music and networking. Finger food is included.

Who it is for

This workshop is suited to business owners and founders, senior leaders, directors, team managers, and HR and L&D leaders. It is also open to people leading their own side business or not yet managing a team.
