About This Event
Build practical Canva skills for creating social media visuals in this in-person beginner course in Fortitude Valley. The session is designed for people without a design background and combines guided exercises with hands-on design work.

- Navigating Canva’s interface, tools and workspace
- Layout, spacing, alignment, colour, fonts and visual hierarchy
- Adapting templates with brand colours, fonts and logos
- Creating posts, stories, ads, banners, thumbnails and carousel formats
- Working with images, icons, illustrations, video, filters and overlays
- Resizing and repurposing content for different platforms
- Exporting designs and preparing content calendars
