Build a practical grounding in entrepreneurship at this full-day, in-person course in Lane Cove West. Designed for entrepreneurs and professionals, it covers the steps from shaping an idea through to planning, funding and pitching a venture.

• Business plans, value propositions, budgeting, revenue models and funding options
• Building and leading a team, legal and compliance basics, operations and growth
• Communicating a business idea, investor confidence and networking

The classroom session is delivered in English and includes discussions, activities, case studies, role plays and practical exercises. No prior business experience or formal preparation is required. Participants receive a Course Completion Certificate recognising 8 PDUs/training hours, with lunch, snacks and beverages provided.
