About This Event

Explore where AI could make a practical difference in the day-to-day running of your small business. This four-hour working session in Warriewood is for people who want to examine a real workflow, process or business challenge without technical jargon or pressure to choose a particular solution.

What you’ll work through

Bring an area of your organisation you want to improve and use a structured process to:

  • identify the business outcomes and challenges that matter most
  • examine how work is currently done and where friction occurs
  • define practical opportunities for improvement
  • prioritise the opportunity worth pursuing first

Who it’s for

This workshop is designed for small-business owners, founders, general managers, operations leaders and team leaders seeking to improve productivity, reduce repetitive work or make their business easier to run and scale.

No technical or AI expertise is required, and you do not need a fully formed AI idea. Curiosity and knowledge of how your business operates are enough.

What’s included

  • Discussion, practical work and individual guidance in a group limited to 20 participants
  • Morning tea and coffee
  • A clearer view of where AI could help, a defined prioritised opportunity, and a practical next step
  • A simple approach for assessing other opportunities in your business

Tickets and conditions

Tickets are listed at AUD 0–189. They are non-refundable if you change your mind or cannot attend. You may transfer your ticket at no charge by contacting the organiser with the replacement attendee’s details before 5:00 pm on Monday 16 November 2026.

If the workshop is cancelled, rescheduled or materially changed, appropriate remedies, including a refund where required, will be provided. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
