About This Event
Explore the basics of 3D printing while creating decorative details for clothing, such as bespoke buttons, buckles, badges and toggles. This hands-on workshop in South Brisbane follows the process from an initial concept to a physical 3D-printed prototype.
What you’ll learn
- How to create a 3D model using free, beginner-friendly CAD software
- How to prepare a digital model for printing with slicing software
- How to set up and operate a 3D printer to produce a custom sample
